Dilemma game for implementing strategy
Challenge: Roll out new strategy with limited down-time.

Solution: We developed a digital strategic dilemma board game to roll out new strategy on pricing. Maersk Employees competed on figuring out the best response to different dilemmas high-lighting the new strategic direction. The dilemmas were developed in close collaboration between management and business consultants to ensure high quality. The solution was supported by physical informal discussions groups that pushed up on the key challenges that were played through. Management could see what dilemmas were causing the most uncertainty and directly address these.
Results: Highly engaged employees. Expected roll-out time of new strategy was cut in half.
